One Week Into Our New Patient Access System Launch – Rapid Health
Today sees us a week into our new total triage system, Rapid Health. Feedback overall has been amazing, and we are delighted at the positive response. We have seen over 900 medical requests and over 300 admin requests through the new system. Over 350 patients were able to self-book without further triage, and a further 520 patients were reviewed by our GPs before being invited to self-book or called by one of the team. Adding an email address to your record will make it easier to self-book. You can do this, even if you don’t require an appointment right now, by submitting an admin request to update your personal details.
As a reminder, regardless of how you choose to contact us – calling in, phoning, or our website – the process to submit a medical request will be exactly the same. You will work through a series of questions about why you are contacting us, and this will triage you to the right place. Thank you for your patience during this time of change.
