Welcome to our new surgery website

New Patient Access System Launching – Rapid Health (from 8th July)

We’re pleased to announce that from Monday 8th July, we will be launching a new patient access system called Rapid Health.

Rapid Health is an easy-to-use online form that allows you to raise medical queries quickly and securely.

If you don’t have access to the internet, don’t worry – you will still be able to call us as usual to raise your medical concerns.
However, we are encouraging all patients who are able to use the online form to do so, as this will help keep phone lines clearer for our more vulnerable patients who may not be able to access the internet.

This new system is designed to help us respond more efficiently and ensure everyone receives the care they need.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
