Alert: Update on Rapid Health and Patient Access

It’s been just over a month since we introduced our new triage system, Rapid Health, and we want to thank all our patients for their feedback and support as we continue to improve.

We’ve combined our Haydock and Old Whint Road lists, launched Rapid Health, and moved to a single phone line—giving you more flexibility and choice. You can still contact us by phone or in person, but using Rapid Health online is the quickest way to be seen.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
